The following rules apply to all services organized by skill2win under the following service brands: skill2win. Service-specific rules may apply to various products from time to time. In the event of a conflict between the general rules and service-specific rules, service-specific rules will prevail.
Eligibility to participate

Entrants must have a valid mobile network operator connection and a mobile phone.

Subscriber must be 18 years of age or older.

All subscribers must ask for the mobile phone bill payer's permission before entering the service.

Subscriber must understand and accept general and competition-specific rules, terms and conditions upon entering subscription club.

By entering the subscription service, the subscriber warrants that he has the rights to enter the service and that he or she understands and accepts the terms and conditions of skill2win service.

To join skill2win user must confirm the subscription and billing activation by ordering a PIN code to users mobile device and confirming the PIN on the confirmation web page. The participant will receive a Free Information message stating she or he is subscribing to an skill2win SMS content downloads for £4.5 per week (£1.50 per quiz) until she or he sends STOP to 80079. By sending the subscription keyword user accepts the service T&C and pricing.

The subscriber will receive a welcoming message with the information about the service.

Subscriber will be sent a WAP link to content download site where subscriber may choose the items he will want to download.

skill2win subscription club offers mobile phone personalization and entertainment items such as ringtones, wallpapers, themes, applications, fun sound, video and animations.

The subscription is a ongoing subscription service costing £4.50 per 7 days. Each 7 days, new credits will be sent to subscriber's mobile phone unless the subscription is terminated. A basic subscription will give the subscriber 30 credits that the subscriber may use to download items from the service. Each item will cost 10 credits to download.

Failure to comply with general and specific rules, terms and conditions of a subscription may result in disqualification of the user from any ongoing and future subscriptions.

skill2win cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed credits as a result of a technical failure, errors on behalf of mobile network operators, connection providers, gadget or mobile phone equipment failure, computer failure or any errors or faults caused by technical problems relating to hardware and software which may prevent a player entering a competition.

The cost of participating in a subscription is stated on the skill2win website or in service-related promotional material. A user is charged separately for each SMS received. Standard operator charges apply.

Users may terminate their subscription by sending keyword STOP to number 80079.

Participants' personal data will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of the service. No personal data will be disclosed to a third party without the participant's prior approval.
